Ill. Arthur A. Reppenhagen, 33°

Arthur A. Reppenhagen 33º

"Where Thou go, I will go, my God; wherever Thou lodge, I will lodge"

We have named this Reunion as a Memorial to Illustrious Art Reppenhagen 33°, to remember and pay fitting tribute to one who has so admirably served this benevolent order with honor and distinction and who does not rest from his labors having been called to that house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens. There is a well known verse oft quoted that goes something like this:

Lives of great men all remind us,
We can make our lives sublime.
          				And departing, leave behind,
Footprints on the sands of time.

Brother Reppenhagen in life indeed left his footprints etched indelible in the shared experience of loved ones and his Brothers. His parting has stirred a note of sadness in all who knew him, yet we find ourselves reminded by his example to follow his steps in service and greater devotion and commitment to the high calling exemplified in his life. This day we are caused to reflect on those worthy endeavors and achievements.

10 July, 1972 Brother Reppenhagen was raised a Master Mason in Anchor Lodge No. 182 in Key West, Florida. He is a Life Member of Anchor Lodge and a Perpetual Member.
2 November, 1972 Brother Reppenhagen joined Key West Consistory and became a Master of the Royal Secret.
28 November, 1981 He was Invested a Knight Commander Court of Honour
3 December, 1987 He was Coroneted 33° Inspector General Honorary
13 August, 1993 He was appointed as Personal Representative to the Sovereigh Grand Inspector General in Florida and served for 19 years.
